M Group Yachts Mentioned in Santa' Barbara’s The Montecito Journal

It’s not every day M Group gets name-dropped in a magazine story with a title as unapologetically cheerful as “A Perfectly Scandal-Free Sea Excursion” So when the July 2025 issue of Santa Barbara’s The Monetcito Journal found it’s way to our inbox, we couldn’t help but smile.

M Group Yachts has always been about giving people a chance to truly see Santa Barbara like a local—from the water; where the coastline feels bigger, quieter, and somehow more honest. Bill Robens and his wife got just that, and we were lucky to inspire a playfully written article.

Seeing M Group Yachts woven into his story felt like a quiet affirmation that we’re doing something right. Not by trying too hard, or by pushing some version of glamour, but simply by giving people room to enjoy the coast the way it deserves to be enjoyed.

If Bill Roben’s article captured anything well, it was that their “wonderful time” wasn’t about the yacht itself — though we’re proud of our fleet — but about the sensation of being un-hurried and a little sun-warmed, with the Santa Ynez Mountains glowing behind them and the Channel Islands just a haze on the horizon. We’re happy to provide that to our customers.
